Sullivan will merely be trying once again to raise money off of any trader naive enough to give it to him a second time - as everyone remembers, his first offering didn't work out so well. He raised about $365k (couldn't raise the full MILLION dollar goal he set) and accomplished nothing with it - where is that money? Anyone know? Anyone? Fact is Sullivan chose to take GTRQ dark, no updates in over a year - shareholders received nothing for their "investment" except a surprise Form 15, Sullivan didn't even offer a rudimentary explanation, instead he just quit answering calls and emails.
