Virtual Exchanges has a "storefront" on Amazon, and has a similar relationship with Walmart, and IIRC, each of those companies get a small "cut" when VE makes a sale.
The important thing to remember, though, is that on both of these storefronts, it says that the Lean is shipped and sold by Virtual Exchanges.
A month or so ago, VE had some Lean (maybe one flavor) they were adversising on the Walmart site, and the listing said that they had two cases.
It took a couple of weeks, but eventually, both cases were sold.
I don't know where VE is getting the Lean it's selling, but if DEWM was making FDA-compliant Lean (IOW, no melatonin) it would have announced that it was doing so, and the FDA matter would be closed.
