no question about that. When I was growing up I lived on a small farm. The dog we had was my best friend and protector. Just a short haired mutt but the best dog I ever had. He was always waiting in the yard when me and my sisters got home from school on the bus. And he was fearless. He once attacked a horse 30 times his size he thought was hurting my sister. The horse was cool about it and stood her ground.
