Saw and read your post... let me add the following. At the time of the 1st and 2nd patent infringement trials brought by STSI against RAI, I recall that the patents involved were then owned by JW and his private fund, but exclusively licensed to STSI. JW et al had to agree that STSI could bring suit as licensee, or be joined as a named plaintiff in those suits brought by STSI for STSI to have standing to bring those suits.

The point is those patents are not assets of RCPI unless ownership of those patents has changed by way of assignment from JW et al to RCPI. I have not searched PTO assignment records for record of any such transaction
