OK, I get that Ch. 7 BK means shareholders get nothing. (thanks 1manband). However, consider the following as it pertains to ownership of the compound anatabine citrate:
--on Roskamp Institute's website under a section on traumatic brain injury, there is a sentence as of two minutes ago that says, "anatabine shows great promise at rescuing memory in animals, even when taken at long term points after the initial result."
--If you look at a section about Alzheimer's disease, there is mention of inflammation and a link that says "see web page." If you click on that, there is a subhead that says, "Role of Anatabine RCP006) from Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals as an anti-inflammatory agent."
As I have mentioned a while back, I am an advertising writer. I have to say that finding mention of anatabine, at least in the second case above, seemed purposely difficult. Also, is it possible that if someone at Roskamp was paying closer attention to their website, would they remove any reference to anatabine? This whole matter seems to call for some explanation to shareholders of RCPI...Q.
