Rational post with good points. Plus if there are any open short or undeclared positions, the R/S will force MMs to declare and close these positions which might be upward pps pressure by itself.

The point is with some good updates form management, the pps should be able to move up more easily post-R/S and this easy climb will more than make up for the R/S as more investors will want in on a climbing pps with a small share structure.
