Yes I agree - and with all the profits going
to Saint-Elie and all of the expenses going
to Boreal.

The more investors we have writing to
JUDGE PATIL requesting a Court appointed
Auditor - and the costs to be paid with the
$ 150,000 Francine received - the better.

Perhaps Francine has already advised
the SEC that she has hired an Auditor, but
I doubt it, or there would have been a news
release by now.
