Again, as I said before, what hjoe is doing with online selling AND UPC's is not illegal as far as I can tell and jillions of small companies do the same thing. Even representing themselves as a bigger company isn't wrong or illegal and is quite common.
Where hjoe gets into the murky depths of deceit is in the fact that hjoe has gone dark and stopped filing with the SEC WITHOUT officially filing a form15.
