BP1001 is not approved for anything other than a phase II clinical trial to treat AML as a combination salvage therapy. Several cancer centers are participating in this trial and I believe they are treating patients right now, albeit a small number. The FDA process for approving a drug is long and generally involves pre-clinical studies with computer models and animal testing and then three phases of clinical trials involving humans. You may want to go to the FDA website to read about the process and see where BPTH is in that process.


On another note, it looks like the stock price hit that 1.05 low we were expecting. Are people buying now? Buy low, sell high!
