This is what I am saying for a long time. But, some believe being in pinky doesn't matter. It does. The example: its only in stinky manipulative pinky where pps goes down after the patent APPROVAL. Higher pps is always better even for buy outs/new partnership aggrement if that ever happens. Higher pps gives investers confidence, increase company value even if that is in the paper, and attracts more reliable traders. Higher tier may be the solution for this, imho.
