Georgia Peach is registered to the UPC code. I assume HJOE bought it second hand UPC codes from internet for few bucks. Georgia Peach has no idea what product the UPC is on.

Typical for a mom and pop company that wants to sell on-line.

HJOE can file and get into the system for less than $300.
