Suggestion: Avoid the snow-bird season and come after April. You can scope out properties / unit better since they will be vacated and restaurants have better seating.

Plus, when you are on the ocean front, the summers are really nice (no bugs, nice breeze).

will be there in late Feb early March scoping out the area to see what's available
