So the Geriatric Clown has been working on his "letter" four four months, and with all that time sitting comfortably in the first-class section while "traveling so much", he couldn't find the time to finish it.

Sounds more like frontal lobe dementia than "lack of time. It's just a simple freaking "letter" to update the investing public for god's sake.
