Cal, good morning. No, not really still waiting. There's a lot of work that has been done but if I looked back over the last few years and my particular tenure on the Board, disclosure might have been nice! Some things happened before most of us were around and a lot of DD was never done causing certain properties to never be available. I suppose that was the foundation of the problems. I had invested a lot of time and a moderate amount of monies to carry forward the work Louis Deacona had done. Bottom line though, I might still not be in possession of all the facts and the real truth. I went so far as to bring software people in to look at possibilities but I never had much of a chance! I'm not sure and never will be totally knowledgeable about Teresa. I never found anything that she did wrong and she does work hard to uncover paths to getting things done! Throughout all this she has been able to keep it afloat and I'll give her credit for that. I'm not certain about any other board members from the last few years but I never got in any position to use any influence in the software industry or the capital side of things to really move this along! I'm just trying to get personal loans repaid that were used for the T/A and other misc filings and such! I'm trying to do it without lawsuits because if it's not there, it's just not there! The sad part is the product was and is viable. It's running, being enhanced and updated as we speak. It's in the hands of Metawafer however, and even with copies of source delivered by Roger Goetz, it was never really ours to use. I spent countless hours by phone with Louis trying to negotiate a deal to get possession but without millions that we didn't have, there was no remedy! The very IP that we believed to belong to us, is in fact running now and being distributed by Metawafer! All the stuff about Sandia Technolgies was most likely true as I likevto believe courts aren't usually wrong but it really didn't matter to Louis anyway! There is a ton more to it but I'm satisfied I knew enough to not want to be associated anymore!
