There isn't any Failures to Deliver from the FINRA bi-weekly report.

And in the 2 weeks prior to September 15 there were 70,998 reported as short interest.

That is a dollar value of $99 for 2 weeks.

HJOE isn't being shorted and please don't post any of the nonsense from the OTCshortreport - that is short volume and is meaningless data.
