When the A/S is maxed, the T/A will send a Demand Notice to $TXHD to increase its A/S to allow for further debt conversions.
The Demand Notice may come as soon as this trading week.
The biggest advantage of an A/S increase is it doesn't require FINRA approval, so is much, much easier to effect.
