Important questions for Equity Committee

Is Martin Bienenstock continuing on and serving on the EC? What course(s) of action is the EC going to push for?:
a) Partial sale of assets (Midland properties) to keep P/2L creditors happy in order to reorg and keep the company a going concern.
b) Facilitating a complete sale of the company to a larger oil corp.
c) Make an argument to the judge in support of exclusivity extension so BBEP has 6 more months to allow oil market conditions to potentially improve.
