bulldzr: I don't know how much IDCC may be working on IoT security, but at least Yogendra Shah, Senior Director/Principal Engineer, Innovations Group, InterDigital, is involved.

In view of yesterday's news, it is interesting that among the security threats listed in the article is “Denial-of-service attacks to overload components of the end-to-end solution and deny or degrade services to legitimate users.”
