Yup, who knows, there are ways to get anything done. Especially on the highly manipulated OTC. I invest and trade another penny stock when I can, (not QSEP) and have made good money doing it. I watch the trading and most of the trading is robots or algo's playing it for penny or a fraction. Anything is possible on the OTC, I see it all the time. Computers have invaded every publicly traded market.
