FINRA shows a handful of shorts. RePosted here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/QSEP/short-sales although sometimes lagging on the most recent numbers. As you can see, FINRA has a more recent report available, showing a whopping 4200 shares ($420) up from 3300 ($330).

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
