On October 13th HWAL was granted their injunction against Blackbridge and clear trust ((HWAL share distribution holding company) which required 2 bonds for a total of $39,000. Upon Bond payment Clearwater is ordered to stop issuing HWAL shares. Not exactly sure what this means or how many were actually issued. This is in effect for 2 weeks (27th).
