urban I dont get the impression the motions next week are being morphed into the trial later on it appears to me to be more the opposite. Looks like the key remaining issues that would be addressed at trial are being fought next week first at a "lite" trial minus any witnesses. If the judge thinks the witnesses are needed then the trial takes place next month. I dont see TMM surviving both or either for that matter. At least we know its a bench trial now as suspected.
