This is news. Interesting. If I'm reading this right, no resolution this month as the summary judgment motions are being subsumed into a bench trial. The end is near, one way or the other -- with a trial finally on the one remaining issue.

Also interesting: Tmmi's only witness is Gerry.

As nothing focuses the mind as well as a hanging the next morning, I suspect there will now be productive settlement negotiations.
