Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. announces a change to its operational model based on the newly passed MJ bill in Michigan.

Originally stated in prior press BLDV planned on changing the name of its 100% wholly owned Subsidiary Michigan Plant Technologies (MPT) to United Sustainable Technologies (UST), but now the company has decided it is in the best interest of the company and shareholders to operate UST as a DBA of MPT.

MICHIGAN MJ Bills
Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder has signed into law a package of bills that will establish a statewide regulatory framework for the state’s long-standing medical cannabis industry.
The trio includes the centerpiece, House Bill 4209, which establishes a licensing system for MMJ businesses. The next bill legalizes infused products, while the third mandates that MMJ businesses use a seed-to-sale tracking system.

About MPT
The MPT kitchen is fully licensed by the State of Michigan and currently produces the” BOT Bakery Brand” of Vegan & Gluten-Free Savory and Sweet products. BOT Bakery has developed multiple edible products in the Medical Marijuana space.
MPT provides Medical Marijuana through its cultivation operations associated with the Mid-West Caregivers Association.
MPT operates a MJ R&D facility. This facility will continued to be managed by Blue Diamond Consulting, LLC.

About UST
UST a DBA of MPT will continue to be the distribution as it represents at present the companies license agreement to market Agrihit Plant Based Products to include Plant Nutrition and Seed Started Products to the MJ Industry.
