We are currently trading at a .26 Price/Sales ratio... This may be a narrow view of valuing VHUB, but it at least shows there is a lot of upside to just be trading 1:1 P/S @ .072

I am just trying to factor in the 20% dilution trend to the O/S that has occurred from 2015-now via the convertible debt, and other negative financial trends that increase financial risk.

Has anyone attempted DCF valuation?

Technicals are currently on our side above all daily moving averages. 100weekSMA @ .025 seems to be putting in strong resistance, and definitely some profit taking today. RSI in overbought territory has me cautious as well, but we still have room to test all time high RSI
