This makes sense.. When speaking with David he mentioned that a R/S will open IFCR up to a new class of investors. It slipped out that IFCR will be trading at $0.70 with no debt after cutting loose the problem subsidiaries. His plan a few months back was to uplist IFCR through R/S.
By removing Morris and Smith subsidiaries they will receive a buyout and can transfer remaining debt to them.
He know that the value should be close to $0.0007/8 and my guess is that he will R/S when we hit $0.0007 bring us to $0.70. Hopefully at this point he will close on the two acquisition to get us over the $1 price.
