Correct, there was a PR...


that announced that Ludvik had acquired Unitiv. My post said that Unitiv has not been announced as a holding of Worldwide Diversified. It was hinted once that it might become a WNTR holding, and maybe it now is, but, if so, it has never been publically announced.
