I don't think this is MC's ticket out. I'm of the opinion this is a good option to minimize the dilution that will come with the S-1 offering. Perhaps that's hopeful thinking, but I can deal with that.

I like your 'witless' characterization. I've often used the term 'Dim Witty' in my mind.

The bad news is we have the Witless one, so not expecting any kind of successful effort on IR. This is why on occasion the good people of this board have tried to step in and generate "awareness". Is it possible this is a golden parachute - MC walks with the cash and in effect gives away our IP.? Then he could get a cushy job at GE or Honeywell.?.? Obviously no trust here.
