I see by the boards you post to that USEI was an exception to your normal investment style.

That worked against you, as people don't by nature assume that the CEO of a public company is in it solely to make a buck for themselves at the expense of their shareholders.

That's why, no matter what ticker Miller is a part of, I would advise caution, if not avoidance altogether, on principle alone.
