Maybe it is "a new series of restricted convertible preferred shares of ISBG to note holders of DKTS", but I don't think that the creation of a new series of preferred can be PROPERLY accomplished in a one page designation. Unless, of course, your name is Alonzo.

I think it takes two pages minimum, for example:

It's not scientific but I think it's worth noting.
