That's ironic. Time-Warner sold their cable TV and internet business into a merger of Charter, Brighthouse and Time-Warner because "pure cable plays without content unlocks shareholder value."
Now Time-Warner's horrible content business, which was dragging down the value of Time-Warner's cable business, is being sold to AT&T because content providers are so much more valuable when coupled with an internet, television and cell phone provider.
And people get paid huge sums to make up this shit.
