Glass is always half full. If NGCG goes triple zero, loading up at that level will be even cheaper. As long as a Reverse Split doesn't gut stomp shareholders. These little pigs do buck up on occasion. Just look around at some of these scam MJ tickers lately. Even scams that jump ship from here to Green Cures are moving higher.
