You missed one point. It is Cancer Study and the result is still far.

People don't invest their hard money into risky stock. This will go up once they will reach their CLR131 completition phase about 7/10. For now, going down is normal. They went down to $1.05 then went up to over $4 in one day. Expect more drop down.
