United States
• Charlotte, NC, Waste to Energy Anaerobic Digester 5.2mw Plant. 15 Year Duke Energy PPA - under construction, expected to connect to the grid and be operational in2016.
• Johnston, RI, Waste to Energy Anaerobic Digester 3.2mw Plant. 15 Year National Grid PPA - under construction, expected to connect to the grid and be operational in2016.
• BLSP is developing multiple projects in the US that will solve the high-demand problem of treating swine waste. One project in North Carolina has recently advanced to the signing of a LOI.
Italy
• BLSP has acquired 100% of Kinexia SpA rights, interest and title in four biogas projects in the Vigevano area in Italy. Each plant has an agreement in place with a local utility to sell its power production. These projects deliver $4.2millioninEBITDA.
• BLSP currently has three signed LOI’s for new acquisitions in Italy and a pipeline of additional acquisition opportunities. Holland • BLSP signed a letter of intent (“LOI”) to develop a 5.8mw biogas facility with a “Bio-Tech Park” in southern Holland
• The project is fully permitted, is entitled to a subordinated loan equal to 10% of the total construction value from the Province Investment Fund, has a long term feedstock agreement and a12 year PPA off-take agreement.
• BLSP is developing a second project in Holland that has a twelve-year €39.5million SDE grant already in place.
