Not sure what the hold up was on this HEFFX announced merger with name and symbol change. The FINRA change is suppose to take about ten days from the time the company sends in a corporate action request. It's going on 7mo now since merger was announced.

It's been suggested this is a multiple company merger into the HEFFX company which is causing the delay in listing this new company. FINRA doesn't release any info and only one pr has been put out by HEFFX Live Trading News on the merger progress dated June 3, 2016.
