Seems hopeless, why announce an auditor after you're suspended? If she really cared, the books would have been finished by now. Did Fran plan this to leave shareholders high n dry because she used us as her private bank account and now she's trying to cover it up? Was she wanting to go private all along? Would she risk inevitable lawsuits?

The only hope here now is Fran has filed appropriately enough about the delays to warrant a pass from the judge. Don't really see a light out of this tunnel unless that one guy that lent the 150k has a few tricks up his sleeve. Of course he's probably in it for himself.
