Nothing I know of, 10Q should be out by November 15th like all OTC companies.

Of course they may have news about acquisitions, this from the last 10Q:

"We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities in related industries including, but not limited to, merchant services and merchant cash advance
companies. "

In this industry that would be common but they just did one and would hope they would let things settle down and show a decent profit from the current business.
