But the potential outweighs negativity , this is backed by 220 billion dollar banks is no small matter. This has association with NASA research is no small matter. On top we have Cali election coming this will run for days and days , no bashers can stop it.

BTW we have a millionaire who took OWC@ from 0.004 to 0.2 on board. His group has been buying close to 100 million in volume mid 0.002s. I doubt they will part with 50% gain when Cali election is two weeks away. So watch the party for next two week. I am expecting this to hit 52 high of 0.049 and beyond,
