R/S, some good and some are bad, but the one thing about all of them is it makes most investors change philosophy to some degree. Here's why I say this. Today the stock sits at $4.50 per share and there is really zero buyer, but pre split price today is .375 and most people would be backing up the truck. Why? It doesn't have anything to do with market cap still being the same, less shares, it because its a lot further to $0.00 now, regardless of what the pre R/S is. Now the upside is that its pretty thin and can move up really fast, but most of these bio's are greedy and its so easy to do an offering of 10 million shares now with the float so small for some ridiculous price and kill shareholders again.
