Dusty, a new "catalyst/PR" could be coming soon. But if if does, it's only to keep the fish on the hook. Remember, Crayola never delivered to any retailers for last Christmas. And now no major retailer has purchased Crayola or M&M's for this Christmas. All $ZMRK news releases are B.S. Nothing ever comes to fruition. The first 6 months of this year had almost zero sales (less than $1,500). And for years there have been no legitimate sales as everything was written off to "Bad Debt".
Zalemark is led by Steven Zale, a felon who served three years in prison for selling huge amounts of cocaine. Plus he plead guilty to embezzling close to $300,000 from his wife's employer. Not a real trustworthy guy.
And the "audited" financials and registration that were to be finalized by the end of September this year never happened. This was promised by the Steven Zale puppet and CEO Raymond Ruiz in his letter to the stockholders in June of this year.
This is a bad company run by bad people.
