At what point will PURA shareholders realize that the O/S shares in PURA will more than double if the USMJ dividend happens?

There is doubt that the dividend will really happen as well. The word "eligible" is USMJ PR's is such a boiler plate word. I say chances are less than 50/50 it will actually happen.
