#2/ Business Description
EMAV Holdings provides a single entry point into two fast-growing automotive markets: auto dealerships and electric vehicles.
1. Endurance Auto Group will execute on an acquisition model to roll-up smaller car dealerships to provide "real" assets, positive cash-flow, and minimize the risk of the electric vehicle side of the business. We have the best team in the industry to source acquisition opportunities, buy dealerships "right", operate them profitably, and integrate them to benefit from economies of scale.
2. EMAV EV will sell consumer and commercial electric vehicles on the same platform: the 4-door Jeep Wrangler.
a. The consumer model will be a premium vehicle offering the same range as the top of the line Tesla. Sales will be through Jeep dealerships and over the Internet through the Jeep dealership we will acquire. Our model is similar to AMG's relationship with Mercedes, though with the added value of electric vehicles.
b. Our signature commercial/civil vehicles are: (i) an all-electric light duty utility/delivery vehicle; and, (ii) the Power Station, which is designed to replace mobile diesel power generators which are towed to work sites.
