RECORD LOW Bid @ .002 now !

If it tags .002 today, that'd be ANOTHER RECORD ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOW which it's making almost every few days now, at least a new record low weekly now. (.002 = .000002 split corrected for the Nov 2015 massive 1-for-1000 reverse split)

It's just in total free-fall, total collapse. At this pace, it could see .0015 or even .001 in just a few weeks time, maybe 30 days at most looks like to me, following the chart, a black diamond ski slope GOING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM

Real-Time Best Bid & Ask
0.002 / 0.0029 (235000 x 605704)

And below that current .002 is now "live" and updating Bids from several MM market makers with a big ole block at .0017 and then ole MAXM (who's almost never moved up into position on this stock) with them looking like they now set "the floor" Bid at .0015

Just MASSIVE LOSSES in less than 60 days, like approx 95% losses in 45 days approx. It's on life support looks like to me.

Would not be surprised in the slightest to see this go to the "TRIPS" again, aka the terrible TRIPLE ZEROS...meaning .0009 is not far off here IMO.

Even w/ massive, massive on-going common share dilution, the market cap has become laughable. That last filed SEC 13G by Fourth Man showed the O/S share count had DOUBLED since the SEC 10-Q, reaching approx 30 MILLION shares O/S at the time that was filed a few weeks back.

EVEN if by this next 10-Q filing, due at around the 1st or 2nd week of Nov, even if the massive dilution has caused the shares to hit say 35 MILLION or even 40 MILLION outstanding, which I think is 100% realistic, the market cap will still be laughable.

Say the shares hit 35 MILLION O/S and the share price collapses to .0015 which looks like the next big leg-down by the way today's Level II stack is loaded- then the market cap will be:

35 million shares X .0015 = $52,500

That's a joke of a market cap for a public traded company (It's a joke of a "value" for even a fast food joint. It's not even the price of a mid-range SUV or even a "basic" luxury auto now days). $50K or $60K total market cap for USRM, who's "accounts payable" alone, their most immediate debts owed, were over $1 MILLION large as of the last SEC 10-Q. That market cap would be approx 1/10th of just the CEO's salary, let alone his salary plus Comella's.

The "free market" is basically assigning a "value" to the company of pretty much NOTHING, looks like to me? Which is essentially what the Northstar Biotech LLC lawsuit outlines in great detail and uses the accounting/biz term "INSOLVENT" to describe the dire conditions this mess is in.

Their debt to "value" or market cap ratio is a total joke- they're being "valued" by the market at less than what their last reported cash-on-hand was in the last 10-Q. Mainly, IMO, because their cash is already spent before they get it via all being owed to "factoring lenders" like PowerUp Lending Group or to lawyers and law firms, or salaries for "the two", or to "compliance and legal" charges as the lawsuit alleges, or to "related parties" such as putting Comella's family members now on the payroll as high priced "consultants" (See last SEC filed 10-Q), or shuffling money off to some sub LLC set up by Comella, or to "notes owed", or who knows where the hell it's going by trying to read their convoluted SEC filings.

AND, Northstar Biotech LLC made up of former BOD members, long time insiders, the company's largest shareholders and thee "guarantors" of the company's largest and oldest debts, they allege all that in PLAIN ENGLISH in their lengthy complaint, recently filed w/ the court.

If Northstar Biotech LLC can't even figure out how the hell Miguel is running this mess and where the money's going, then how is anyone else gonna possible know or figure it out?

It's FUBAR, a total train wreck IMO. I really don't see how this can survive much longer- I mean what's even left for Northstar to even "mediate" over, other than trying to make sure they aren't left as massive bagholders securing a bunch of bad, old debts this mess still has owes and has hanging on the books??
