sure, the risks I see primarily is that the MLM adoption rate through voluntary use is significantly lower than expected, that the deals already suggested by PRs aren't money makers and that no other deals end up being signed. There's always the risk that the software doesn't work right, and looking forward there may be risk that others can copy similar approaches. The 10k spells out plenty of risk factors. Maybe others here can speak to additional risks they see as more important.

We each have to decide the probability to associate with the risks. I have put faith in the projections for various reasons, that perhaps is not warranted. As of today the known pipeline of promised revenues is zero, yet the projected pipeline is far greater.
