The more clear answer is that the stock will trade again not sure will be in a major trading exchange neither sure when this will happen....sometimes there are trades in the greys...information about these trades are not very informative..
No one is in jail or news of charges filled..there are not charges reported in the agency that report them..neither there are news of a follow up or upgrade to investigation by corruption as now to my knowledge..only information about a longer that usual investigation and suspension as to this point....
The deal with the Russian company is probably off the table but sure there was one proposed at one time but as to reasons of the drop in the deal could not be found with neither of both companies web sites market makers or else...i even make a Russian friend to translate all news and technical data for me from the Russian site and blogs and nothing relevant was found to the case..
As to the Russian company..there are as suspicious and no informative in the way they report as Nerg..
In reality i have more things of interest that a low priced gas company called lithium and cannabis and in worst case i will be writing a tax write off next year that sure will need
