In Joe Bastardi's weatherbell update this morning, he is showing US CFSv2 model indicating below normal temps across much of the US that 2nd half of November going into December. He also hinted on Twitter that the Euro model is showing the same setup (can't show Euro model data, due to licensing agreement). So, yes, it appears Joe Bastardi is looking for cooler weather to settle into the US much earlier than many other forecasters and models, such as NOAA's monthly outlooks.
