Imo, this says one or three things
1) the FDA hold has everything to do with inventiv and the arbitration and they can't talk about it until the arbitration is settled .
2) The FDA hold is bad and they are going to hold out telling us until they get a big arbitration pop so they can sell off at a better price ..
3) the FDA hold is a play out of inventive's playbook and to expose it for what it really is might rub the FDA in the wrong way .

Please note: this is only my opinion, I have no facts or inside info.. I did call CVM a few days ago and they did deliver on what they told me- they would send out a letter to share holders on Friday. Although my 4 yr old could have written a more informative letter ..
