Repeating,there is no chance that IMSC is getting off the hook for any of it's debt due to allegations against the lender, which of course have nothing to do with IMSC's debt. Not even a penny of the debt will be forgiven!

Anyone investing with the hopes of this baseless idea that has no precedent nor rational (other than hope) is bound to lose more money here in the long run. Like I said, the market teaches expensive lessons!

I'll be quoting this post in a couple of months when the bankruptcy is finalized, just like I have done with my posts about bankruptcy being likely, and the train crash I saw coming. Now THAT, you can bet on!
