$BLDV pps is stagnated and has been fer a while ,a 10-1 R/S is a good thing and not a bad thing as we watch the float and O/S decrease ,I believe once we see the R/S completed that we will finally see BLDV run and run hard ,JMHO of curse

10-1 is meant to help ,100-1 or greater is meant to wipe out share holders ,just the facts!
