Also believe there should be an investigation...or at least bankruptcy court should be notified of common shareholder concerns. I believe we get a chance to do so as part of bankruptcy process when forms are sent to all common shareholders. Would be great if someone could provide good synopsis of "concerns" based on what's transpired over past several years. I would do so, but am not really capable of doing a good job of it...lacking knowledge of how the "death spiral" financing thing, etc. really works.
